All the staff are courteous and helpful, the owners are always present and make you feel at home. Well-kept, new, very clean environments with adequate spaces. Impeccable bedroom, from the point of view of the cleanliness of the environment and of the scented and soft bed linen and towels. Very comfortable double bed mattresses. The 306 where we stayed also has a beautiful view of the mountains on one side and towards the ice rink on the other, independently programmable heating, smart TV and hot water kettle for herbal teas or tea. Convenient outdoor parking with possibly a garage upon reservation. Varied breakfasts, lunches and dinners with quality products. Excellent Christmas lunch 2023 with particular attention to the kids who could also have a separate menu. Special attention throughout the day even for the little ones. Hotel located near the main avenue, convenient for walking in the centre. Special thanks to the owner who was able to satisfy us impeccably in a change of room more suited to our needs. I only went to the Aufguss spa for an event, the spa is not very large but very well looked after, clean and welcoming, almost new. There is a sauna, a swimming pool with hydromassage, relaxation loungers, a Turkish bath and an emotional path. The staff is very friendly very kind very welcoming, we were treated very well.
