Chick-fil-a - Ashwaubenon

The food was outstanding, just like it always is at their other locations. On my recent visit, I found out that they offer samples of their breakfast items, which I hadn't realized before, and they were absolutely delicious. The only downside I encountered this time was when I ordered large waffle fries and a drink to go with my meal. Instead of the proper large serving, I received a regular portion in a larger container that was barely half full, which was a bit disappointing. However, despite this minor issue, it didn’t stop me from giving them a five-star rating!

While the wait was a bit lengthy, it was certainly worth it. The staff is outstanding! Every time I visit, the customer service is consistently excellent!

This is the third time I've ordered a Southwest salad from this restaurant, and each time they’ve forgotten to include the dressing packet. I can understand a mistake happening once, but it’s incredibly frustrating for it to happen three times over several months. When I called to address the issue, the woman on the phone asked if I could come back to pick it up, seemingly unaware of how high gas prices are. I also have a tight schedule during lunch, which leaves me with three unappealing choices: eat the salad without dressing, let it sit for four hours until I get home (hoping it stays fresh), or waste my lunch break driving back for something that should have been included from the start. It's unacceptable that their mistake puts me in such a difficult position. I suggest they retrain their staff to ensure all orders are complete before being handed to customers.
