Charleys Philly Steaks - Ashwaubenon

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is consistently excellent. Even though they are often understaffed, the team works hard to serve everyone. During my visit today, I witnessed them make the difficult decision to close early because two employees had been working since early morning without anyone available to take over. The woman I believe to be the manager informed the customers behind me about the closure and communicated the situation very professionally. Additionally, the woman finishing up the sandwiches was incredibly friendly; she chatted with my friend and me while we waited for my fries.
