Organicos is my go-to spot at the market for delicious gluten-free breads and treats. After that, I head over to the tamale stand for a green chili chicken tamale with all the toppings. It’s the highlight of my Tuesdays!

The Saturday market is on the smaller side, but it’s a lovely way to kick off your day with its picturesque location near The Plaza. Here, you can pick up fresh vegetables, soaps, honey, and the BEST fresh frozen fish, along with any other goodies you fancy. Afterward, consider wandering over to The Plaza for breakfast or to grab a coffee at Mix or Griffin Creek. You can also choose to do it in reverse! I was visiting from South Carolina and had the fortune of discovering this amazing market. It offers a variety of delicious cheeses, honey products, organic fruits and vegetables, delightful fragrances, stunning plants and flowers, as well as tasty cookies and scrumptious dessert specialties. The vendors were all friendly, making my experience even better. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there!

This is a wonderful farmers market! Be sure to check out the Griffin Creek coffee booth for some of the best coffee beans you'll find, freshly roasted in small batches. You can sample at least one blend or single-origin coffee. There are also ready-to-eat food options, gluten-free baked goods, and even worm juice to help fertilize your plants (and it really works!).
