Pony Espresso Coffee House Cafe

Not to shabby. Excellent new age vibe of a coffee shop in a bank. Green lighting and rock interior feels inviting. Coffee does the job and the baked goods aren’t bad. Full menu of quick eats for those interested in food there or to go. Worth a visit

Great open space for a coffeehouse in Ashland. I really enjoyed their homemade granola. The coffee was good, too. The only downfall was that they didn't really want to answer any questions or offer up recommendations.

I always order the charcoal mocha which is great but the last three times I ordered it, the Barista at the Ashland location didn't know how to make it and I always end up with a regular mocha that is way too strong! Please train him on how to make a charcoal mocha.

Pony Espresso is one of my favorite spots in Ashland. The chai is the best in town, the food is great, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Big shout out to the manager, Emma, for making this place a must.

Refused to honor a gift card, telling us it was expired even though card clearly states that there is no expiration date. Employee went in the back to check on it , but ignored us upon returning. Food was good, but will not return due to poor service.
