Bidrage med feedbackSweet little place! Customer service was great and the food was incredible! It has a small city like a hole in the wall sandwich shop you can simply dip and get a pack and go.
The Pita Pit rocks, and the owner, Trevor is a just guy. Delicious, healthy, fresh food at an affordable price. The everyday little special after it is loaded with goodness has become a stack of my diet.
The server had some great suggestions and although they were from big pits, they doubled to the little ones and we ended up with even delicious food than when we got big. This type of flexible thinking and service is rare in franchise food.
It really depends on the time of day for what kind of service you're going to get. Let me preface my experience here by saying that I totally understand people have crappy days sometimes. I went in with my boyfriend on Sunday May 6th, and the cashier made it painfully obvious that we were interfering with her day and inconveniencing her. She had a terrible attitude and was so bothered by everyone she was seemingly forced to help. Meanwhile, the girl making our pitas had an excellent attitude, she engaged in conversation, seemed happy, and even geeked out with us regarding Pokemon Go. I'd love to be helped by her in the future. So again, it really depends on the time of day.
8:05 pm Wednesday, I saw the open light still on and door still open. I thinking Thanks God, they still open. I’m so hungry, their wraps was so good. I saw employee servings to one customer. He said, we were close. What time is it? Oh, 8:15 . Actually 8:05. I tried to spend money there. Because, I like their wraps. I knew about lazy employees. They don’t care for selling good. They don’t want to serve to customers one more minutes after their shift. Poor owner. Sorry, no more Pita Pit in Ashland.
