Panera Bread - Ashland

I seem to have the worst luck whenever I come to this Panera. They always seem to get something wrong or they forget something. Last time I ordered a bakery item and they forgot to include it so I had to drive back and get it. This time they 1) gave me a FORK for SOUP instead of a spoon and 2) they forgot the blue corn tortilla slices that go on top of the corn chowder and 3) they gave me chips instead of the baguette that I asked for. It’s exhausting and I’m too tired to drive back and get them to fix it. They also had some delay because the car in front of me had to wait ages for their order and then it was a solid five minutes before they even asked for payment on my order. The food is fine but the service needs some work.

I’m so glad I gave Panera bread a second shot. The chipotle avocado sandwich is delicious. Also, the tiki masala is yummy with bread. And a green smoothie and salad to stay healthy.Food: 5/5

Crowded order line caused us to go to the self-serve POS to order for six. All orders came out together and surprisingly quickly. Food was well prepared, hot, and up to Panera standards. What was not up to standards was the dirty dish return table or trash bin. They were both full. The restaurant was clean as was the restroom.Food: 5/5

I'm horrible at names but the short black haired lady in the drive threw is the nicest person ever. She's always happy and helpful and goes above and beyond to fix a mistake. She deserves a raise and I hope she sees this
