Absolutely the best meal I’ve ever had. Coming from San Francisco, this is the best in Ashland. The meal itself was exquisite with perfectly paired local wines. Josh and Luke have brought something beyond special to the valley. Don’t miss the opportunity for an experienced based dining evening. You will be so glad you did!

Disgustingly, overwhelmingly good. The singular best food experience Southern oregon has to offer! Chef Josh curates a delicate one of kind progressive prix fixe experience; intricate dishes are complimented with sake and house infusion pairings, long with tableside service by the overwhelmingly accessible chef. The 9 course experience showcases the best ingredients Oregon has to offer, with care to enhance the nuances that make the region delectable. I actually started to tear up during a couple plates try it with an open mind, and you will not be disappointed!

Josh and Luke prepared some of the best dishes I’ve ever had. They paired each of these dishes with sake that was wonderful and refreshing. Watching them prepare the food, and plate it, enhanced the experience even more. I’m excited to bring some my friends back so they can enjoy this with us.

Wonderful tasting menu prepared with excellent care, attention to detail, and enthusiasm. Luke and Josh took the time to explain every aspect of each dish and it was obvious that they both love what they do, and it shows in the exquisiteness of the food!

Not only is Josh an outstanding and visionary chef, but the entire experience of eating at MÄS was perfect. Eat here if you at all in the area! Wish I could give 6 stars to be honest.
