I have never had any issues with this restaurant before, but today my usual ice cream was extremely watery and had a white color. Additionally, the donut I ordered had a piece that was ripened or kinked from it.

The rude waitress with black hair was very unprofessional and disrespectful. They did not have the food we ordered and became irate when we requested a refund. We were not being unreasonable or rude, and while I understand that they may be understaffed, it is not an acceptable excuse for their behavior. Honestly, the server was extremely unpleasant. I recommend going to Honigtau Restaurant instead.

A fat dame with black hair crumbled at me and said, "we're just drough" as nothing. I have no idea what happened, but it was unusual. also often embarrass them, so they don't waste their time.

Horrible service just wanted a refund and the cashier yelled at me and threw a tantrum called the manager and said i was trying to fight, and on a different occasion I got a mocha it tasted horrible the milk was rancid, i went back to get a new one and that one was just as bad, this dunkin donuts is honestly just a disgrace do not go here. if i could give 0 stars i would
