Dunkin' - Ashland

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. Staff was moving like they were forced to be there, forgot orders, and responded as if the customer was the problem when asked when their drinks would be ready.Go down the street to the Wawa if you want coffee.

Stopped and hit this drive-thru on a Sunday morning. Thought it was going to be quick cuz it's right off the highway and there was no line. When I pulled up they said one moment please... but I sat at the drive-thru menu board for 5 full minutes before they finally took my order. When I finally pulled around to the window, there were multiple workers inside but no customers. What the heck are they doing? Just a bunch of gen z losers with their noses in their phones.

The Bacon, egg and cheese bagel was ok but the bagel was too chewy.

Never had a good experience here. Always takes forever and never gets the order right. Ordered two lattes and waited for 20 mins with not a single other customer in there nor in drive thru, at 20 mins I just left without the drinks. Employees didn’t even care or apologize.
