Burger King - Ashland

I'm not sure what happened to Burger King. They were once a good choice and the Whopper was usually delicious. The service was average. However, this particular location, like many others, appears run-down, the app is poorly designed, and the service ranks about a two out of ten. The food is served cold. It's hard to believe that McDonald's is a better option.

The service was quick and friendly, the sandwich was hot and perfectly prepared, and it was a great value for the price.

The restaurant is diluting its ketchup with water inside the store. Instead of providing bottles, they only offer packets. When I asked about this, an employee confirmed they add water to the ketchup, claiming it's necessary. However, this practice can be seen as contaminating pre-packaged food. It's unclear where the water source is coming from, possibly even the restroom. As consumers, we should be informed and this should not be happening. It's a concerning and unsanitary practice that needs to stop.

Why did you change your French Fries? The ones you have now aren't any different then Arby's or McDonald's. I want the fat ones back!!

Hadn't been to the B.K steak house in months but once again they rewon the crown,flame broiled is hands down the best burger for the buck.
