If you're going shopping, Sainsburys Hastings is a large store with ample parking, and trolleys do not require coins.
We had a terrible experience at Sainsburys Westwood Cross in Thanet. The food was cold, we waited 3-4 hours for our meals, and when we finally received them they were inedible. When we demanded a refund, we were told that the staff are inexperienced. This is unacceptable and it is time to consider replacing the manager. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
I planned to have brunch with my son before he left on a 7-hour car journey. I checked the website beforehand and saw they had a good selection, including the Full English breakfast. However, when we arrived, we were told that it had been taken off the menu for some time. Although they offered sausage, bacon, or egg rolls, we were told that the three ingredients could not be served together on a plate. This experience has further disappointed me with Sainsbury's, as I have been shopping there for the past year. This was the final straw.
Making time for lunch with friends and shopping rushed with the worry of a fine but at night like tonight loads of work vans and cars going to over night work sites park all around the roundabout to the sainsburys garage Isnt it ilegal to park on any roundabout So who gives the permission so they are not fines are regulations ignored at night These companys are paid expenses and work vans are provided does the company insurance cover them to be parked at sainsburys Are the companys paying each car and van expenses or tax payers two large vans and five cars parked around the roundabout Shouldnt laws and fines apply to all cars and vans 24/7???!
Decided I would give this place another try after avoiding for a long time. ABSOLUTE DISASTER AGAIN. Cold awful food. It has been like this for years. How can Sainsbury's management keep ignoring this? We were not alone in complaining and watched two other dinners go back. PLEASE management lets see you put a response on here then take some action.
