Ideal location for Eurotunnel. Beefeater attached is ok, and very well used. Food is typical for that sort of place. Rooms are starting to look a bit worse for wear, and could do with a refresh, but beds still comfortable and clean. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

The windows had bee open and the room was full of bugs, spoke to receptionist and they sent someone along to Remove some and got told we would receive a refund , still no refund , sent emails, no reply , the good night guarantee is a scam, stay clear of premier inns, especially this one.
