Pulp Sprout - Asheville

The vegan cheesecake at this restaurant is the best I've ever had! The vegan ricotta is also delicious. The only downside is that parking can be a problem.

This restaurant is really great. I'm surprised it took me so long to try it. They have a menu with a wide variety of options. The up-beet sandwich is particularly delicious. The service is super friendly, the only downside in my three visits is that the food takes a while to come out. However, it is definitely worth the wait.

The menu is stunning with a wide variety of cafe options. The service is friendly and all dishes are vegan-friendly.

One of their bowls ordered in the month or two back and it was amazing. the real star was, however, the millionaire small piece. I don't know if it was a seasonal thing or not.
