Great Wall - Asheville

Whenever we crave Chinese food, this is our go-to spot. It is convenient, and they are always prompt with the expected food preparation time.

We were disappointed with our meal at this restaurant. Nothing tasted fresh, and the meat was tough and seemed like it had been reheated multiple times. It's possible that their meals are precooked and reheated before serving.

We placed an order for pick-up and were given a specific time to pick it up, but it ended up taking longer than expected. There was a lot of confusion and the communication from the staff was unclear.

For the most part the food was great! Everyone else's order was delicious. Except the boneless spare ribs. Almost $12, and at least 90% fat! Out of two orders, maybe 2 pieces were all meat. Very disappointing! And to be honest...gross!

The lady on the phone was not nice and made my mom cry. But the Food is amazing like the sweet and sour chicken and the crab Rangoons. It's a nice restaurant and looks nice and food is always cooked.
