Forestry Camp - Asheville

We didn't leave the restaurant. I attempted to cancel, but was unable to get in touch with anyone.

Unfortunately, this restaurant was closed. We ventured quite far and had never heard of it before. Once we arrived, it was very challenging to find another place to eat.

The mushroom custard was dry and seemed to have only a couple of mushrooms in the entire dish. The ricotta gnudi was burned and lacked flavor. The caviar service was disappointing; the caviar came with a "best if from" sticker dated over two weeks ago. The æbleskiver were also burnt and tasted purely of baking powder. Additionally, the waitress showed no enthusiasm for her job and couldn't even recommend a dish.

Love everything about this restaurant. It's the place we want to take our out of town guests and where we want to go for a special occasion and everything in between.. They never disappoint.

Excellent food menu and drink program. It was so easy to lose track of time and just enjoy the experience.
