Bidrage med feedbackI have always loved Firehouse Subs, the staff welcomed us as we walked in and the subs were soooo DELICIOUS. I would definitely recommend to my friends to eat here. I told the staff as I was leaving that the subs were DELICIOUS.
The guy who made my sandwich was great! I was the last guest of the day and he was great.
I placed a togo order that was suppost to be ready by 4:05 at 4:15 it was ready but out of 6 of my sandwiches 2 were right so had to go back in. They were working on a lady's order that they had messed up twice. One of the employees apologized and the shift leader all he did was argue in front of the customers. I thought they were making my order but no they were making others I told them that if they couldn't have my order done in 15min I wanted refund they said it would be done it wasn't wouldn't give refund. I finally got my food at 5:16 over an hour after it was supposed to be done. Horrible place wouldn't go again to this location. If something is wrong and customer wants refund should be offered. One more thing shift leader didn't even bother to apologize he just blamed the other worker as any management it's your responsibility! On another note management sent response to my post but I feel that it's not sincere it's the same response you sent to another complaint that was posted.
These poor shift leaders are just doing their best. I blame higher management for leaving them to flounder and drown in orders. If your store is shortstaffed, there should be a manager present. That is part of the job description. And teach your employees to watch their mouth. I’m not gonna be called the C-word and just walk out peacefully. If you’re gonna talk about the customers, wait until you’re alone and in the back. Because that was downright embarrassing for everybody involved. The shirt leaders do their best with what they have. They aren’t paid enough for this baloney.
Out of everything! No staff. Waited over 30 minutes for one sub!
