That was a truly delightful experience for me! The two glazed pastries and one apple cinnamon were exactly what I was craving. Delicious! It was also a great outing overall.

Great ride thru service. attentive employee with friendly smile. A small coffee got a medium size and it no longer loaded. She said that because it was already poured into the larger cup, she would not charge anymore and said fun. Thank you. In today's economy, all savings are helpful. I really wanted to enjoy Dunkin' because I think it’s overly hyped, but my experience has been disappointing. There’s no consistency in how they prepare their drinks. I often order the same thing, and one day it will be excessively bitter, the next it will be overly sweet; only about one in three times do I actually get a decent cup of coffee. On my latest visit, my cold brew was so bad it was undrinkable—it tasted like it had been left out for days and had spoiled.

Awesome service here!! The one in Biltmore... Well pretty much all of them as well!!

Highly annoying that you cannot go inside and pick out a doughnut. I don't understand why you can't open the lobby.
