Chili's Grill - Asheville

The drinks were great. The food was spectacular. My only regret was that my stomach wasn't big enough.

It is a chain restaurant that does not care about service, cleanliness, customer satisfaction or customers. We had to get our own cutlery and ask for napkins that were small square bar napkins. The server was just terrible, we wanted to order Dessert, but she didn't come back and it took too long to get her attention. Pitiful.

I and my wife were in Asheville for the night on the way to Tennesse. We wanted to have a few drinks somewhere near where we were in front of the bed, so it was all... all there. So we sat at the bar and had....ONE. This place was a fucking mess. I and my wife are fans of masks wearing for the whole pandemic and we never wear them. We had them with us because we were not sure the guidelines were here, but you didn't have to wear them in Chilis....but I wore mine. I'd wear one there, even if there was no pandemic. Only evil.

The server gave us regular menus. I hate downloading menus. The food was right with Chili. Had to wait for salt and pepper, crackers for soup. Drinking refills never came.

Placed an order to go for the nurses here at the hospital. I just lost one of the receipts with the TOGO lady's name but I think it might of been nicole. She worked on the same day as Camey and Michelle the manager. I just happened to write those names on this other receipt. She went the extra mile making sure the order was placed correctly. I almost didn't even feel the need to double check the order because she seemed so neurotic about making sure things were right. Then Camey helped packed our order and the food was packed up perfectly and correctly. Michelle was the manager who helped finalize the other little quirks to make sure everything went smoothly. Then the girls helped me carry the numerous items back out to the car. This was a wonderful experience!!
