Bimberibon - Asheville

I have lived very close to bimberibon and worked for over a year finally a chance to try it today! there is always a long line so I knew they had to do something right! I tried the vegan jian bing and it was delicious. they make a Chinese cripple pack from a vegan egg. I have eaten vegan crepes so I could not give it up. it came with a home made kimchi, hoisin sauce and another type sauce with a small kick to it. very good, would definitely recommend to try!

I love that they are totally gf! many vegan options (limited menu hours during the pandemic). bakery open for picking Saturdays during the pandemic with several vegan options (order online on the day before)

I really enjoy this place. I was just for breakfast/bunch. they make their own vegan egg set that is great! their menu points are unique and creatiw, and most of the things can be made vegan. they have made a lot of thoughts and effort in the veg part of this menu and its delicious! the portions are punctual and the prices are fair.

Excellent food with many vegan options. All dishes are Gluten free but the food was so good that we didn’t realize it.
