Cook Out - Asheboro

I was waiting in line for my food when a customer came in that did not have all of her the food or she at least thought she didn't. The employee that was helping her behind the counter with light brown hair and a ponytail was very rude to her. She did not explain how she came to the decision that the customer had all of her food. She should have taken more time with the customer to go over the receipt and match it with the food in her bags. When the woman told her that she was going to check everything when she got home and if she was missing food she would not be back to this cookout. That's when the employee looked at her and said that's fine by me. The employee was very rude and she needs better training on dealing with customers that are not happy with their experience.

They were busy of course. Line backed up to the road so went inside for 3 milkshakes. Got out and the car that was in the drivethru line waiting on 64 when we came in was ordering. Ordered chocolate milkshakes and they were pretty much just vanilla and weren't very good!

My cookout style burger was awesome as usual but my fries were over cooked could not eat them and something really needs to be done about the drive-thru block one entrance and make it wrap around. It's my personal opinion but you know what they say.

They NEVER get my order right either they forget the sauce the mess up the order and NEVER order and unsweetened tea there they will ALWAYS give you SWEET. This last time I ordered a double cheese burger and gave me everything but the MEAT! It was a CHICKEN PATTY. I have now given up on them EVER PROGRESSING PAST MEDIOCRE SERVICE OR EVER GETTING MY ORDER RIGHT

I used to love cookout but my most recent visit made me not want to come back. I visited this cookout on 10/19/19 and had multiple issues. My significant other ordered a Big double tray with fried okra and seasoned fries. I ordered a big double tray with a walking taco and seasoned fries. When our food arrived it was wrong. On BOTH burgers was hot sauce instead of ketchup. It was obvious not ketchup because it was more liquidity and was spicy. As well as having a ?hot? smell. Our seasoned fries literally had no seasoning on them and there was burnt crisps of an unknown food item mixed in. It was not burnt fries because it was thin and skin like. I do have pictures.
