Big Jake's Bbq - Ashdown

After checking the menu, I noticed they had a stuffed potato that I hadn't had in a long time. I made a deal with my friend: I would order the potato, and she would go for the pork. While we waited to order the large rib plate with pinto beans and potato salad for her, I ordered the loaded stuffed potato with chopped brisket and a side of fried okra. We also shared an apricot roasted cake and had some tea to drink. Everyone was pleased with their choices. We even shared bites from each other's plates, as we always do. I can confidently say everything we ordered was delicious. The only minor thing was that the okra could have been cooked for a few more minutes, but we finished everything. We'll definitely stop by again next time we're in the area.
