Kfc - Ashburn

Absolutely the worst service ever! Never even said hello,, just stood at the counter looking around until we asked to order. All of the employees were talking to each other and to other people in the resturant. Appears they all new each other. The place was not clean either. We ordered a 8 piece Nashville tenders and a bucket of original I will post a photo of what we actually got after a 20 minute wait with no line. But our bill was $32.08 ticket #4458 1/31/18 transaction #L940012 4 20 4458 at 3:31 pm if anyone at KFC cares! We ended up with something called a tailgate dinner when we got into the car to continue our trip. Appears you have incompetent employees as well as a dirty place!

The service was amazing everyone i met was so friendly and sweet, the food wasn't the best but hey its fast food what do you expect, and to be honest the food isn't as good as it used to be but I'm assuming they changed the recipe due to Covid-19 either way its decent food for fast food, The facilities were some what clean they weren't the cleanest but what do you expect from a bunch of teenagers and sum middle age adults, overall they did a great job they are all so sweet and kind i would definitely come here again!!

KFC is expensive. That is my biggest gripe here. I ordered a 10 piece hot wing and it cost me 7.48. That is kind of ridiculous. I could get a 8-piece fried chicken (an entire chicken; 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 wings, 2 legs) from Publix and it is only 6.99 on sale and really delicious every time I have it. Their 20 piece hot wings at Publix go on sale for 8.99 and they are huge and tasty. Not at KFC. I got about half that for nearly the same price and honestly they were like the size of chicken nuggets from McDonalds, but with bones. I honestly have no intention of going back. They were not even freshly cooked. They just turned around and filled the box from an oven. Nothing wrong with the service. Only way I can justify 2 stars. The associates were not exactly pleasant, but they did nothing wrong.

Staff friendly and helpful quickly attentive! Chicken was good, always enjoy the slaw...KFC changed to some sort of instant potatoes over the years which is always a disappointment, but surely not the staff's fault. Dining and bathroom was clean. Can't rate any fast food a 5, so 4 it is.

That was the best performance we ever had at a KFC! Five stars!
