The food was great. However, my wife did not receive her nachos until everyone else was already finished eating. No explanation as to why her nachos took so long and no manager came to apologize. We paid full price for all the food as well. Our waitress was kind, but seemed overwhelmed at times. We will probably visit again but hope that the service is a little smoother. This is ok, but it falls short of artisan. I was informed that everything on the menu containing chicken was unavailable, because they 're out of chicken. This sounds reasonable, but there 's a Walmart with tons of chicken within walking distance? Don 't call yourselves artisan anything if you cant substitute chicken from Walmart and keep the show going... The food is ok, it 's better than the other slop shops nearby.
