Zambrero Boondall - Ascot

This was my first visit to Zambrero and it will also be my last. The food was good, but the service was terrible. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and it was embarrassing for the store. Perhaps some customer service training is needed, or maybe the young lady serving me just needs some adjustments.

Great fresh, fast food. Something for the whole family. mexican inspired with a good selection of extras. My children love it!

I ordered a family meal at a cost of $57, which included 2 burritos, chips and dip, and nachos. Unfortunately, we did not receive the nachos because they were not included in the Uber order. I tried to complain and get it corrected, but received no assistance. I had to drive to the restaurant to collect the missing nachos. I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service and basic common sense. I will not be eating here again.

This is my favorite after dinner. The food is quite close to the moment and always delicious. The staff is friendly.

I had a quick dinner and a beer before a concert at this clean and tidy restaurant. The staff were nice and the food was good and filling. The restaurant is licensed and only a 5-minute drive from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre with plenty of parking. The only downside is that they charge extra for things like cheese and sour cream, which can push the price up. However, you can opt for the basic version of the meals and they still look good. I would recommend this restaurant for a food stop before concerts and would definitely go again.
