Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant is located on the main road through Oatlands Village, Weybridge. What a find! Very delicious food with good portions, excellent decor and courteous staff. The meal for 4 with drinks and a tip came to £100. Will be back soon.
Did the family take dinner last night and we will definitely be back. Service was great. The young lady was very attentive without compromising us. Food was amazing and plentiful. We had six dishes as well as rice, Naan... etc. and couldn't blame anything. Definitely recommend.
We loved every visit to this restaurant, which is also known as “Taste In Flavours”. To be honest, we have not passed the vegetarian part of the menu, yet when the menu is extensive and every dish has been wonderful. It is definitely...not one of these restaurants where a few different sauces are ploned to a few different proteins or vegetables. Each dish has its own particular aromas. It's the best Indian I had in Brisbane and possibly Australia. We have traveled to India many times and this restaurant definitely reminds of the wonderful aromas there especially the Punjab. My favourite item in the menu is the Samosas. The pastry is exactly what it should be, but rarely found in Australia with a crispy softness that is delectable. The date and tamarinte diving sauce is great, but my favorite is the mint cutney, it's like I remember in India. It is completely BYO and there is a good bottle of business 2 doors up. Do not let the lack of cartridges in the restaurant take away their main business. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Tonight we go back to the goat's cure.
We went to dinner and it was amazing. The food was delicious with large portions. The chicken tikka was the best I had and the lady who served us was very attentive and beautiful. We're coming back! It was called taste of...India, so I think they had a name change recently.
I was staying in a local hotel, and asked for some delivery menus and one they gave me was sizzling tandoor. I ordered and 25 minutes later I had dinner. I got the veg platter for entree, this was huge and I could have just...had this, the samosa's and the pakora's were delectable. For my main I ordered an eggplant curry, which came with a free container of rice. The eggplant curry was good, not something I would go out of my way to get, but taste was good, although not as hot as I would have expected considering I ordered it hot. All in all, good food and good price.
