Resari And More - ASCOLI PICENO

Enjoyed a very pleasant evening at Resari, our newest restaurant in Ascoli and one of the few oriented around seafood. The decor is classy and the greetings are warm and genuine. The wine list is good and the service top notch. Best of all the food was full of flavors, well prepared and beautifully presented. An all around 5 Star experience at appropriate prices perfect.

This weekend, on the second day this restauranher t was open, two friends and myself made reservations for this restaurant for dinner. My friends live in Ascoli and i visit on a regular basis. I have to say, this is the most elegant restaurant i have enjoyed in this or any other italian town. the entrance is over a red carpet down the small lane where it is located. It shares a door with a very impressive shoe store apparently owned by the same people. The decor is just magnificent, various shades of white, tables (not crowded). A nice low level of jazz and classical music in the backround. Very beautiful silver, plateware and table settings, A staff that has been beautifully trained in spotless livery. The waiter was bilingual, though unnecessary in our case, and discreet. The menu was in Italian, clear and detailed. You can order either ala carte, or with a prix fixe menu depending on the number of choices. The prices were moderate. The wine selection was impressive and quite reasonable. We had different selections, anti pasti, primi and secondi, as well as dolce. Of course water of our choice. the Service was attentive yet inobtrusive. The server was impeccable in her posture and tradecraft. Each service was removed and replaced with new utensils and plates. The presentation was elegant and beautiful. The services were adequate, not so large as to be uncomfortable. Prior to our dinner we were offered a complementary prosecco and an amuse bouche. The menu concentrated on fish and seafood.If i had one nit pick, i would say that the desserts we had did not reach the level of the other courses. They were good and attractive but not quite up to the pasta and fish courses. Overall I would say that this restaurant is the most elegant and impressive restaurant i have attended in this province of Le Marche or any other place in Italy. The prices was more than reasonable and I will certainly go back soon and recommend to every couple i know.

Ritorno sempre a questo ristorante, sarà per l'atmosfera elegante, la cortesia del personale, i piatti unici e spettacolari, in cui i sapori si fondono con maestria, senza essere stucchi al palato, cucina raffinata solo per gli intenditori. questa volta ho assaggiato un nuovo piatto: i girasoli, e cosa dire, sublime! La pulizia della camera è impeccabile, ambiente accogliente e morbido, a metri dal buon soggiorno della città.

Ambiente meraviglioso, che è accogliente e ben tenuto sia all'esterno che all'interno. personale attento, disponibile e preparato (a fine serata anche lo chef si è avvicinato personalmente tra i tavoli). ma soprattutto, i corsi sono stati un piacere prezioso per gli occhi e per il palato. piatti scelti e ricercati nei minimi dettagli, assaporare sapori forti e decisivi accompagnati da altri più delicati e leggeri; il tutto perfettamente equilibrato. ogni piatto si è distinto per il suo gusto, raffinatezza e sorprendente eccellenza. Pranzo o cena dalla resa è un'esperienza unica che consiglio di fare ogni giorno.

Ottima cucina, servizio impeccabile, molto gentile e molto disponibile, consigliato se si desidera avere pesce fresco e cucinato divinamente. ottimo anche il crudo
