It's taco bell. You get what you pay for. But the workers at the drive thru are really nice
Had to ordered drive thru when the dining was closed. So I told him that I'm hearing impaired. I can't hear him what he was saying. I heard him said okay in very slow and clearly. Great! I can hear and speak so well. It depends on a hearing person's voice and talk slow and order one thing at a time is perfect and went smooth. Wish had a video drive through and use text or ASL means American sign language to communicate to order instead of speaking for deaf community who can't hear or speak. So maybe one day will be better and help them in the future like upgrade technology. Thank you. Greatly appreciated. Happy Holidays!
Worst experience at this Taco Bell. I have tried other Taco Bell, they are good but this one is highly mismanaged, arrogant staff. Not at all customer friendly staff.
Worst Manager, the night one. Very rude, made me wait for 40 mins to pickup the order finally refused to make the order, Unprofessional staff, never responds the call for curbside pickup, night manager very very arrogant, extremely poor experience
