Shōga Rāmen Mizuno - Asahikawa

Very clean tasting soy ginger base perfect balance of spicy was from ginger and saltiness from soy sauce. Can see pieces of grated ginger in the soup. Mouth felt clean and not greasy after it. Also had the **** (they use white piece of Hokkaido), which was also very clean and light taste compared to the usual red fog. Only ¥700 each bowl. Ramen noodles cooked right. Only seats around 22 people in the store. You can see the years of history running in this business from an old couple. Very pleasant!

Amazing rams. The Shoga (Ginger)-Ramen is a must for Asahikawa's ramen experience. Can not beat the price for the bowl, and you will not regret coming. Always call before coming; the shop is sometimes closed.
