You Porto Cervo - Arzachena

Be very cautious over and making a reservation at this restaurant. We made a reservation and canceled it way before the cancellation deadline and we were told that we did not cancel it in time and they charged us $562 or €500 for not canceling the reservation. I called them to ask him questions about the fee. They hung up the phone on me and they blocked my calls from going to them. What is super duty? Visitors in the country is ridiculous and unfair. How can you provide proof of canceling a reservation when I called them on the phone three days before the reservation was due. This restaurant is desperate for business. We were told by other tourist in a hotel that's what happened to them as well.

We saw how they scam this poor lady from the next table they want her to pay one pasta she don’t order and the waiter speak in Italian when she speak English. After the lady refused to paid the bill three men came to her and speak to her really rude screaming and in a aggressive way.

Location stupenda, proprio di fronte alla Marina di Porto Cervo. C’era anche un intrattenimento musicale con violino eltettrico e dj molto scenico e piacevole. Cibo molto buono, consiglio l’antipasto con il polpo e cous cous (ottimo! Pasta alle vongole non tre le mie preferite ma buona : Servizio corretto, prezzi molto alti ma in linea a Porto Cervo.

So good! Would go back 10/10 times! The ambience is great, there's live italian music, they're 3 guys singing and visiting tables, even playing songs on demand. There's also a DJ which is very good. The view is amazing! Food is delicious. We shared a big fish and some others had lobster and pasta. Very very good! Do try it!

The worst service that I had in my life the waiter the worst service without information the men from reception so rude he scream at me I was for a minute to call the police i vomit after I been here because of my anxiety. The waiter lie about his name. “Ricardo” so rude and uneducated and unprofessional this is a place when people that doesn’t speak Italian come to visit. If you want to have the worst service mediocre food and misogynist treatment come here.
