Really positive experience! in the farms of the area it is quite oual to eat well but, usually, a traditional menu is proposed that you can meet the goto of all (eg gnocchetti and porcetto. ) here instead we particularly enjoyed the inclusion of success, next to the classics (e.g. roasted pork as a rule of art,) of less usual gooses (e.g. the zichi or the excellent meatballs of sheep.) from amateur honey lover proposal made it
To better understand the value of my review it is necessary that I say that I am not an occasional tourist but an entrepreneur who for many years lives and works in Sardinia for about 6 months a year. this year I discovered this wonderful place where 3 aspects are now difficult to find in local farms: 1. limited number of covers (so you don't create that environment from the wedding restaurant but you always find an atmosphere that gives the idea of being at the local people's house; 2. exceptional quality of raw materials and kitchen (now after years. I understand when a porcetto is served in the house or in the vegetable garden... and everything is cooked in a house and expressed with a passion that is perceived in every dish! 3. friendliness of service and unique hospitality and also extreme attention to allergies and intolerances. I mean, not just a dinner but a real Sardinian experience! only for all these reasons I returned ten times from them this season and every time they confirmed the aspects I described!
Do you know the transmission 4 bourgeois restaurants? location, menu, service, price ... to sa rocca manna the vote I would give for each category is ten! family-run restaurant with genuine quality food and Sardinian flavors. great welcome of young people and lovely smile of aurora, uncle and niece pamper customers in the hall and make you feel at home. the kitchen is the kingdom of the wife rita and daughters preparing delights x the palate. Fixed menu where every dish would be to remember. appetizer with various verdurines and tastes, fregula , sardi dumplings, vitella break, porceddu, seadas, all accompanied by cannonau, perfect portions (even abundant.) all to taste, genuine and not heavy cuisine. recommended and to repeat!
