Bidrage med feedbackWe decided to give it another try, and that experience was okay. However, during our third visit, I witnessed some alarming hygiene practices. The guy preparing our food touched his nose with his gloved hand, then proceeded to handle multiple containers that held not just our food, but others as well. To make matters worse, he continued to cut our sandwich while wearing strings from his hoodie, which came into contact with the food. At this point, I should have listened to my instincts about this place. I truly wanted to give them a fair chance, but this is a serious health concern! All we wanted was to enjoy our meal, but there always seemed to be an issue.
I consistently have a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The Mexican lady at the front always seems to have a negative attitude. There is usually a young worker behind the counter who doesn’t appear to be properly trained. The vegetables are either frozen or of very poor quality, and the meat looks like it has been sitting out for days. I’ve also noticed employees vaping inside the establishment, which makes me uncomfortable because it’s clear they don’t wash their hands properly; they just put on gloves after being in the back. Additionally, they seem to struggle to provide napkins to customers. I strongly advise against visiting this location, as it seems they don’t prioritize quality or service. The owner really needs to take a hard look at the situation and improve employee training and service standards.
What a disappointment. I arrived and waited in the lobby for 15 minutes, and there was literally no one around. The open sign was on, yet there was a half-made sandwich sitting on the counter. What’s going on?
I mean, the personal is cool. eating is in order, the thunfish is strange
The girls that work here actually make the place great. Food is good and the restaurant is always clean .
