Las Potrancas Mexican - Arvada

I am not surprised to see all the negative reviews after the service I have just received. I love to order burritos on the menu, they? re so tasteful and very affordable. I ordered a few days ago and could get my burrito in a bowl, then a tortilla, I asked about the same today when I asked my order also for a burrito without chili because it was for my 5 year old sohn. farando, who said he was the general manager said he didn't make special accommodations on these burritos because they were made? how they are?. I could say there was frustration because I was 5 minutes in the waiting room and also the kartoffels in my burrito on the other day were not completely boiled what he said they were precooked so that could be possible?t. I was not sure if there was a language barrier because he repeated confirming my order and adding extras that I had to correct. he ended the call by hanging on me. I called back to ask if I could continue my order, and he refused and said I could leave a review. it is a shame to lose a customer who has gone into the las portrancas chain for over 10 years because the general manager has terrible customer service. I?ve supported this restaurant throughout covid trying to keep small businesses strong and I would? ve never expected this type of service.

I had the las potrancas burrito and it was delicious! they had the most amazing sauce and salsa and with the carnitas inside it was a perfect couple. my man tried the deceptions and liked them, but the next time we went, he also got the last petronas burrito.

We had a decent experience here. I had the fajitas tacos and my husband had a burrito. They were both good. Nothing too special. The environment is fun and our waiter was really nice

Everything was amazing! Absolutely delicious! Wish I had gotten the Shirley-temple instead of a regular lemon-aid, it was so good!

This place never fails to deliver some of the yummiest food. The food is always hot, salsa is just perfect and the green chili is delicious. Staff are always accommodating and quick to refill drinks and replenish the condiments on the table. Highly recommend this little hole in the wall gem!
