Applebee's Grill - Arvada

The bartender on Sunday 9/11/22 4:30 clock made me unwilling as a customer. the manager came along and tried to make the situation better, but he added an inappropriate comment to put the fire on it, but only added in my opinion. I would not recommend to eat this time on Sunday.

Has become one of my favorite spots. We usually go in the afternoon/early evening. So far it's been pleasantly quiet every time we've been. The service has been excellent, even when the kitchen was short staffed last time we went, we got our orders in a timely fashion. The staff is attentive and friendly.

The service was sloooww! From greeting us at the door to taking our order. Even bringing out the food. The location was not busy by any means and I can totally understand if they were short staffed or something beyond control....However, this was so not the case!As well, it also seemed as if everything was watered down a bit. The salad dressing and the sodas and the food seemed one sided if that makes any sense.... like my husband's fries were freshly made and super hot while his ribs were just above room temperature. The cheese on my dish was particularly favored to for the most part; one side.Just a mention. Nothing to tragic or extreme.

Bartender was super-friendly and service was on time with our needs. Our Happy Hour food/drink/bill were totally accurate and I would highly recommend this Applebees for girls night out!
