Bidrage med feedbackToday, on 4/12/23, I would give a 2-star rating for the food and cafe experience. However, the manager who resolved my issues deserves a 5-star rating. I ordered three all-day breakfasts and some sides, but we had to wait a bit for our food to arrive. Additionally, I had to clean the table myself from the previous customer, and the table had not been wiped down. The breakfasts were cold to lukewarm, with the chips being slightly warmer. No one came to check on us after the food was served. When I complained, the response from the cafe staff was not great. They suggested we should have mentioned our dissatisfaction earlier, rather than apologizing. I asked to speak with a manager, and Frazer came over. I explained the issues and also mentioned another customer had complained about their food temperature. Frazer handled the situation with professionalism and confidence, turning me from a detractor into a promoter of the Morrison brand. He is a credit to the store and the Morrisons brand, and I hope he receives recognition for his excellent customer service. Well done, Frazer! You have a bright future with Morrisons.
We had a delightful encounter with the cheerful man at the hot counter today. He was very attentive, offering suggestions and informing us about specials and promotions. This wasn't our first time being served by him and he always provides a positive experience. Thank you, Ebeneezer.
This restaurant serves a delicious breakfast that is freshly prepared and served with a smile. It is definitely worth stopping by for a satisfying meal.
Yesterday arrived at 2pm for lunch, ordered two meals which did not arrive till 2.30pm. Tried to find a table that did not have dirty crocks on to sit down, impossible, had to clear dirty dishes and wipe the table. One of the staff bought our lunches and then went back for additional items, in all going down the aisle some four times to serve us and other customers, at no time did he take any dirty items back to the kitchen with him. Its not as if they were busy, one of the staff constantly walked round the kitchen but at no time during the hour we were there did anyone clear the tables. Certainly not up to the standard of other Morrisons that I have been in
We just fancied breakfast, so we popped into Morrison's cafe and, as the place was fairly empty, we ordered two breakfasts and helped ourselves to coffee. We had been sitting at our table half an hour when it dawned on us that people who had arrived after us had been brought their food, so we gave it another five minutes and then went and asked when our meal was likely to appear. We were told we were next and the breakfasts were brought to us shortly after. Everything was cold except the sausages which were lukewarm. Our coffee that we wanted to drink with the meal was cold too. Clearly they had not brought our breakfast when it was ready and it had been cooling. Parts were inedible because they were so cold. Before the pandemic, we had had an almost identical experience which we had thought was just bad luck. Clearly nothing changes except they apologised the first time.
