Wendy's - Artesia

Got my order wrong two days in a row. What is so hard to understand, A HAMBURGER WITH MUSTARD AND PICKLES ONLY? First time the burger had cheese, lettuce, ketchup and mayo. REALLY?? The second time, it was a cheeseburger, I believe I said HAMBURGER!!

All three young ladies were nice in drive through this afternoon, food was right and fresh. It was a very pleasant experience and I will defiantly be back.

We've been to lots of Wendy's but this was definitely the dirtiest. We were the only two in the restaurant so the employees weren't overly busy and could have/should have been cleaning tables and other areas. Instead they were talking to each other and using curse words. We don't live in the area so we will never go back but if we did I still wouldn't.

This is hands down the best Wendy's I have been to in a long line time. The staff are super friendly and seem to always smile. I'm from New York State, so to fine a place with such amazing food blew me out of the water! I 100% recommend stopping or ordering here if you are trying to take that hunger, you won't leave unsatisfied!

Mountain of ice spilling onto the Floor from soda machine causing major.tripping/slipping hazard. Ungloved cooks handling raw food. Drink order wrong. No sour cream on baked potato.
