We made a reservation for dinner on September 14th, but upon arrival, we found the restaurant closed without any prior notification, whether by text or call. We understand the challenges of staff shortages, especially after COVID, and would have been more than willing to reschedule if we had been informed. This experience was incredibly disappointing and disheartening, especially given the high expectations we had when making the reservation and the time we spent traveling there. It's simply unacceptable!
