L'oceane - Ars-en-Ré

A popular sport for food in the main square, but the staff were incredibly rude. If given the choice I wouldn't give them the money to eat here again, there are plenty of other places in the town that would appreciate the custom.

Fabulous food and good service. The kids menu worked perfectly for our 3/5 year olds. Lovely position on the square. Lots of locals there too which is always a good sign!

We had two good meals here. I don't know why we haven't eaten here before but we will be back. Like all restaurants in Ars it is best to reserve in advance. Due to changeable weather we ate indoors in a comfortable friendly dining room but there is also a good outside dining area. The food is good and service is friendly. A good place for a group or family. Recommended

I love this family restaurant. It's simple, the team is local, faithful, nice!! I appreciate the team's franchise like that of the plate!

Service all afternoon, we were able to eat salty at the time others took their taste. Excellent buckwheat galettes ( tartiflette,4 cheeses,bacon egg cheese), a real treat for our taste buds, wheat cakes (after eight, armelle) just too good!!! All this with a cider and chuchen/hydromel. Welcome and warm service under the cup of a beautiful Breton flag.
