Union Jacks - Arona

Decided to head in after being stopped in the street. Sat down and ordered drinks and had a look at the menu. After they brought the drinks down we thought they would of took our order but they didn’t.. after over half an hour and the lady had went passed several times I finally said excuse me as she walked past to which she never turned round but the couple opposite did, I then went up to the bar to order our food and when it finally came out they didn’t know if it belonged to us or the table behind. Once our food was set down the man said we would get us cutlery and I had asked for HP sauce. After another few minutes with still no cutlery, I just got up and got it myself. Service was absolutely shocking and the place needs a high revamp.

Had the vegetarian pizza and chips. It was really good, homemade. Wasn’t expecting the food to be as good as it was. Family on another table had the Sunday roast, it looked and smelt incredible and they all enjoyed that too. Definitely recommend for food!

Absolutely terrible service. Toilets filthy waited hour for breakfadt. Rude and sarcastic staff. Needs a damn good clean. Onky 6 people in too. Never go there again.

I love this place it's so friendly, food is delicious would recommend the breakfast, you definitely get your monies worth. The views are fabulous right over the ocean you could sit there for hours. It a really lovely place.
