Located in the heart of the Christian village, in the south of the city, the French chef pascal pantani restaurant is one of the best in the area. I loved everything from beginning to end. First the atmosphere, warm, with terracotta, objects carefully selected during trips to brown, iron lamps forged, candles... give a very personal touch to the place. some details come from his old restaurant, the stay, like all the photos that were taken with the celebrities who visited him, attracted by his reputation. as it is just a few steps from the port, you can try seafood dishes of the best, such as this red tuna carpacho or the octopus carpacho that we try, and I highly recommend. The tuna cork came with small shrimp and avocado, a delight. I first asked for a foie gras, another star dish of French cuisine that pascal prepares perfectly. served with homemade bread, leaves you with no words. There is a menu of 25 euros, which includes first, second and dessert, or you can order from the board dishes that change every day according to the season and what is on the market. it comes a little more expensive to the letter, but the prices are very reasonable. the dishes mix Mediterranean, Moroccan, French, with classic flavors and other more surprising. like we were five people, they gave us a big table, in a private corner, dominating the restaurant. the service was very attentive and the friendly waiter, and at the same time professional. highly recommended.
Fue genial, francés y muy, muy sabroso y verdadero. vino de 100 y cuidado en detalles y servicio profesional. esperamos coincidir los días libres entre mi pareja y yo para volver a cenar; también tenemos la curiosidad de ir en el cabaret del viernes. Lo recomiendo sin duda.
El lugar es excelente y exclusivo. Raridad en los cristianos. ambiente refinado, caldos muy buenos y diez platos en presentación y gusto. se puede comer por menú o carta. Hemos probado ambas opciones y lo recomendamos por igual. carnes exquisitas. la mejor rueda individual en el sur de la isla.
Restaurante diferente de los otros en la zona. ambiente recogido y cálido, en consonancia con el estilo culinario del chef pascal. resaltar así variaciones con foie, y creaciones bastante elaboradas y personales con productos mediterráneos y aromas y especias de la cocina medio este. Por supuesto los precios están en línea con buena calidad, pero hay una opción de menú muy completa donde elegir varias opciones que suenan delicioso.
