Starbucks - Arnold

The longtime staff members at this restaurant are fantastic; they’re quick, and I usually get my coffee in no time. I’ve been coming here for years, so I can vouch for that. However, the new employees seem to take their time, which is frustrating. It shouldn’t take 10 minutes to serve a cup of coffee, and it’s no surprise the lines are so long.

The long time employees here are great ! But for the most part someone new must be making my drink 75% of the time. It’s not a bad drink. Just not right. Watery, bitter, too thick , little flavor etc. there’s no music on the patio and it usually looks dirty. Last time I had a 7 day challenge going and their computer was down and it was impossible to get credit so I lost a chance at 100 stars Target is definitely better but I like the patio at Arnold and target will not give stars for using a personal cup. Sure would be nice if Arnold got their act together
