Froyo House Bay Hills - Arnold

Great Froyo shop. The flavors are creative, fresh and offer a wide variety. For those like me that don't like to be judged with the amount of gummy bears I'm sentencing to drown in hot fudge, it should be noted that this a serve yourself shop; swirl your own froyo and apply your own toppings. The toppings also offer a good variety with everything from fresh fruit, to candy and your more traditional ice cream style toppings and sauces. Usually a small cup runs me around $4.50 so its rather affordable compared to other shops. Small note; they do not accept Amex.

Connected with two other families and we brought all of our kids (5 in total) here for an after dinner treat. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a good variety of flavors and lots of topping options. My daughter really enjoyed what she got. Would definitely come back again.

Great yogurt! I love the environment. No teenagers cursing in the background. Staff is great and friendly. Great flavors. I love the location. Small towns are great and people in small towns do not have big egos Elizabeth R.

This complaint is not related to the food at this establishment. My family and I have lived in this area for most of our lives. And have been coming to this location since its opening at the bay dale shopping center. Our kids love the yogurt and we love the location near our home. But the other day 4/24/24 I was in there with 2 young children along with a few other families and about 7 or 8 teenagers that appeared to be hanging out. Not sure if they were friends with or knew the employees but they seemed very comfortable. They began yelling and talking loudly and cursing without care for the younger children in the establishment. They had not a care in the world for anyone else in there and acted as if they own the place. I'm sure that I won't be the only one complaining as there were several other irritated families in there as well. If they were fri of the employees then the owners have a lot to deal with. But if they were not. Then the employees need to be taught how to deal with situations like this in order to keep the loyal paying customers and families coming back.

This place is just ok. I don't care for the staff working here they're pretty cold. I know it's not a great job but at least try to be nice. The other locations have better options and nicer staff. I'd avoid this one if you can and give business to the others. Overall this is a nice small chain just this location in Arnold is a bit standoff-ish, which is a reflection of the town. Unfortunately common for small towns, people have small minds and big egos.
