We were disappointed... We entered an empty dining area with our grandchildren and waited about 40 minutes for our order. To keep the kids entertained, we turned on a cartoon, and then my grandson cheerfully announced that there was a spider living next to the TV! Instead of fries, we were served fried potato strips, the kebab looked more like overcooked patties on one side, and the mushroom dish was presented on wilted, low-quality, finely chopped lettuce leaves. The eggplant rolls were surprisingly tasteless and lacked any salt. The Caesar salad was edible but quite sour. On the plus side, the fresh juices were tasty. It was strange that we couldn't pay by card and had to rush out into a storm to get my phone for payment. After everything, it became clear why the Veranda of Versailles was empty... No one will return there again.

Great place! My friends and I often meet on the terrace. I love the water, and the fountain is really calming.

I first visited the Versailles restaurant in 2016 for a graduation celebration, and everything was wonderful, from the food to the entertainment. I returned to the establishment in December 2023 for a New Year corporate party. I have no complaints about the waitstaff; they did a great job and the table settings were nice. However, I was disappointed by the limited playlist, the lack of entertainment, and the confusing appearance of "Grandpa Frost," especially since we were promised entertainment and contests. The price per person was the same as at other restaurants in the city that offered actual entertainment programs. We will not be returning to this restaurant again; we were let down.

It’s nice and cozy. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is courteous.
