Palm Court Restaurant - Arlington Heights

A great experience in this restaurant. we had a reservation of 6:30. they were completely overbooked and didn't put us on until 19 o'clock. no waiter came to our table 15 minutes, so I asked the waiter with the pulled back pony dick when he was our waiter. he said yes and I said we would like to order drinks. He said, “I will come to you when I come to you.” there were 4 of us and we couldn't believe he was so rude. we asked the hostess about another server they gave us. she was pleasant. we ordered drinks and our food . our salads have arrived only at 20 o'clock. we had a reservation of 6:30! when the server came to us and said we are from the 2 menu items that 3 of us ordered. it was a terrible culinary experience. they didn't make us in our bill. we will never go back.

Anthony was our waiter and was very friendly and helpful. eating was very good, but small portions in comparison to some restaurants

There were “a few” in the last night in the palm court. I expected more in the quality of my food. it was normal. one of our parties ordered the duck, and he said it was great. our server was quite distracted and we had no sex for some time. only strange. kept to chase the water down and add to our culinary experience. we went later in the bar. the entertainment was great and we enjoyed the bartender who said she was just on her 4th day. she was great. beautiful overall atmosphere and we will try again. I just feel like it's a night. the restaurant was very courteous friend who is in a wheel chair.

We arrived on time and sat right away. Remember, it was only 11:30. as we often dine there, there are two special ladies on the waiter who know us and, as always, come to say hello. there was a big group that would arrive at 1:30 a.m. and our waitress informed us about it. the four of us appreciate these information because we had planned to take our time lunch and visit some time. eating was excellent as always.

I was embarrassed, as well as sad when I arrived at the restaurant that my friends who had gotten there before me were told that we would have to eat and leave  quickly because a funeral lunch would be coming in. We learned later that the funeral party was not even seated in our area! To make matters worse, our waitress was rude and abrupt with us throughout our quick lunch! I was never called, emailed  nor texted any thing of this sort.  If I had been notified, we would have certainly chosen a different restaurant.
