Chuck E. Cheese - Arlington Heights

Limited rides for the little ones. Salad bar are boring and don’t have nice choices of greens,fruits, macaroni salad itself are missing in action. Pizza’s are overpriced

It’s a great place and Carmen hosted it pretty well. My kids enjoyed celebrating birthday party at Chuck E Cheese.

We have birthday party today , the host girl did amazing job , her name DOMINIQUE, she know what she do , and have answer for any question, real professional. We feel like:next time if we decide to go celebrate something, we just going to go this place and make sure Dominique is hosting us!

I was there for dinner earlier today, and honestly, I have 0 problems with it. This place was so clean I could not believe it. All the games are super fun! Even for adults. I have not been to a Chuck E. Cheese since 2020. I used to go to the Vernon hills Il location, Which was my local. It closed leaving my town without a Chuck E. Cheese. So I went to this one. It was amazing. I totally recommend! I could not be more satisfied with my visit. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent entertainment.

Bad customer service. These guys charged me wrong and when I went to customer service, the manager (the big white guy) treated me wrong way. Will never go to this location again
