Chipotle Mexican Grill

I will never return to this place again if I ever give my business back to chipotle. they are always out of something. (together before covid and supply chain problems). this place is dirty and the staff is miserable. very badly guided device. I have tried this place several times as he is the closest to me, but I will deliberately go out of my way to avoid this place. chipotle is a great concept, but no longer comfortable, since they have never everything they advertise. I expect more from a chain restaurant and will not be less than bare minimum due to the brand name. chipotle as a whole has to bring her act together. I will gladly give my company their competitors in the opposite, and if there is a small business. pity chipotle, you went downhill.

Dirty, eat everywhere, my order by adding objects I never asked. all walk around like headless chicken, 2 people watch 1 person work. no communication with kitchen and front.

That was the first chipotle I ever tried to go back than in the middle school. I always thought this place was the best from all to about 6 8 months ago. they are always made from a main food item ( rice, chips, guacamole) and do not seem to try anymore. it seems like they're out. there are always tons of personal, but they have not made any food makes no sense. the service is also incredibly slow. I don't know if it's from online orders, but just crazy. I expect to stand in a line of 10 people every time I go there. I went on Saturday at 15 o'clock and seemed to have prepared all food and there was no line. one of the girls behind the cooking line, however, hit one of their employees with their glove and then took a chicken breast with the same glove pretty bad. I can only imagine what other careless acts this girl does. rice is over boiled and tasteless as if it does not use oil. I wish this place would go back to the way and wise as the dings were when they were opened first, the personal was amazing and so was eating.

I love chipotle, but this location has really ruined my cravings. Every time I go I am so disappointed with the food, It's not made correctly (terrible rice and fajita veggies), and they serve it with no respect for their customers. If they run out of food they just give you a half portion instead of refilling the container. They'll dump soaking wet lettuce into the burrito, leaving the wrap gross and disintegrated. Service is painfully slow, and one time I stood there while my burrito was being made, and the manager was chatting with employees working the line. She was laughing and talking about random stuff while my burrito was sitting there half made. There was a huge line too. And then I finally make it to the register, and the manager decides to go joke around with the cashier and I have to wait there a while again while they finish catching up on life. And to make matters worse I was in tons of pain (had just given birth) and had to stand there in agony waiting for them to attend to my order. This place needs to fire their managers or shut down entirely.

Unorganized, not sanitary and no leadership. It's a shame to have this location still exist! I would never recommend this fast food location to anyone.
