Wingstop - Arlington

40 minutes waiting. Didn't ask why, but they didn't even look so busy. If I buy good food from here ever in the future and my experience is positive, then I will change the review.

After online ordering and waiting extra time to get them “on the safe side” they tell me I need to wait 15 minutes after you go back to the car and wait, I go back inside and I say it will be 10 minutes more! I ask the cashiers if they are actually ready and they say: “I am not back” a simple let me ask or just ask the back would have been sufficient. We order for a reason, we should not be given over time. I get that restaurants are busy, but if this is the case, talk to a region or someone about adding extra time when orders are placed online.

Always great service and good food. Would not go to another wing and get so good. The best in the subway. People there work hard and are soooo busy, but still give the best. Good work. You all deserve an increase!!!! Food: 5/5

Off-line order, hold for half an hour. No order. Food is always dry and old here anyway, so no real loss

The lady in charge at this store today walked right around me today to help a Mexican customer as If I wasn’t standing there waiting for a door dash order. I advise you guys to get rid of her before she cost this company a lot of money,
