Whataburger - Arlington

This whataburger used to be the worst and literally they pulled a complete 180. The food used to always be cold and wrong most of the time but now that they had the remodel done its way way way better. It's like indescribably better. Thanks for fixing allthe issues from before and moving forward. It's really great to see and yall should be proud. I know we're happy over here???? Edit: Last night my food was horrible so I'm deleting a star. Cold fries, cold sandwich. I couldn't eat my sandwich orfries it was that bad. Yall should be more consistent regardless of your having a good or bad night. You're a place where peopleeat food at.

This Whataburger Sucks!! Went through the drive thru and purchased a Whataburger, fries, shake and onion rings. The onions taste like they were fried in grease from last week. I asked for spicy ketchup and we didn't get ANY Ketchup and paid $15 food that tasted worse than food out of the trash, not that I've had good from the trash but I imagine this is what it would taste like. Then I called to speak with a manager, Shandreaka who put me on mute as I complained about the employees not paying attention and not giving me what I asked for. Customer services is dead and so it this Whataburger I will never eat here again!

I've been to this Whataburger three times when the same server has been on shift. I can't rember his name but he's such a good guy that I planned to review him from the receipt but I'm sure this will get back management. The food is good too.

This Whataburger was actually quite efficient and did not take very long to get our order in the drive thru. They were friendly-- our food tasted as if it was just made and the temperature was perfect. It was also a Friday night. This isn't my usual location, but I'd go back the next time I'm in the area. This experience was the first time for me. First visit to this special business and the first time I get bad service from the chain. For the first time, I've ever got bad food from the chain. That's why for the first time I have both on the same visit from this chain. Fries were cold and old, which shocked me since the place was busy. The service sucked and the employees were rude and unfriendly. I guess this is a franchise business.
