Whataburger - Arlington

I ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries at the drive-thru. It took 10 minutes to receive my order. I had to pull forward and wait for my food. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect, and the chicken on the chicken sandwich was cold, hard, and chewy. It tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. This is the worst Whataburger location I have visited. This isn't the first time I've had issues here. Despite its proximity to my home, I will not be returning to this location.

Consistently excellent! The wait at the drive-thru may be a bit long, but it's definitely worth it. The food tastes homemade and is prepared just for you. The staff is always polite and helpful when taking your order.

I want to give a shoutout to Tiffany and Anya for making me laugh while I placed a food order for the office. Their customer service was top-notch, and the onion rings were fresh and delicious.

Very disappointed in the food that was delivered via Uber. I usually love Whataburger, but I guess since they sold out, it's going down hill. My burger, the bun, and the toppings were not fresh at all! It tasted like it was leftover from last night! The onion rings AND the french fries also tasted like last nights dinner. The only thing that appeared to be fresh was my husband's burger. You're lucky I don't stop the payment, but if it happens again, I will! This was not the Whataburger I grew up with! ?
