Tic-taco - Arlington

The food is good. But that's not what motivated me to write this review. The folks that work here are great! At first I was a little iffy for one reason: after I paid, the little payment kiosk thing showed the tip menu and the girl that took my order quickly tapped out of it. I assumed she tipped herself and wondered how much. I checked my bank account after the payment posted and she tipped $0! Had I known that, I'd have definitely left a tip at the table and now feel guilty for not tipping anything, because....The table service was great. They checked on us several times after we got our food, but not in an annoying way at all. I was meeting up with some friends that I hadn't seen in a bit so we stayed there for a while, but they never made us feel like we needed to leave or anything. Eventually, it dawned on me that we had been there chatting for a while and I realized it was after their closing time by almost half an hour! We jumped up and apologized on our way out the door, but the guy behind the counter (possibly the owner? was genuinely friendly and assured us it was no trouble at all and welcomed us back.tl;dr: Even if the food was mediocre (which it wasn't , I'd still want to come back just to support such a friendly and welcoming crew! Wonderful people here, truly.

Food was amazing! Had the puffy quesadillas which didn't disappoint. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

This food was amazing! I loved the environment. Music played that brought me back to my 2000s emo days. The owner was super friendly and went through the whole menu with us and I loved that there were pictures so we could see what we were ordering. I was definitely in a food coma.
